Hi to all of our friends!

It's been a busy year so far!  We are so excited to announce that after a few months of recording and mixing, our NEW CD, "Briars and Barbs" is now available for ordering!  We will be on the road this weekend and will be unable to ship orders out until Monday, Aug. 8th.  However, don't let that stop you from getting yours ordered!  We are very happy to be able to share our music with you!  Order your copy today!  Check out our "Music" page for sample audio clips.  You can order via Paypal or print and mail the order form.

We feel honored to have been asked to be a part of the benefit for wounded soldier, Rusty Dunagan.  This benefit auction/concert will be held this Saturday, Aug. 6, at the Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, OK.  Read his story and learn more about the events planned for that day on his website, www.rustyholdmyhand.com   Our portion of the concert is from 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Saturday evening, 7:00pm, we will be performing a set for our friends at Church of God Outreach, Guthrie, OK.  It's been awhile since we've seen some of them and we are looking forward to a a relaxing in their quaint little chapel!

Sunday morning, Aug. 7, 10:30am, we will be picking and singing for the folks at Guthrie Christian Church.  This congregation was very instrumental in serving meals in their community after the devastating tornado that tore through that area this past May.  We look forward to hearing their 'hero' stories!

Weekend of Aug. 12-14, we'll be in Eldorado Springs, MO.  We were invited to attend the Annual Homeschool Music Festival and will be performing Aug. 12, 7:30 pm.  We'll be a part of the activities throughout the day, Aug. 13th, including the band scramble.  Sunday morning, Aug. 14, 10:00 am, we'll be singing for Living Water Christian Ministries.  They are moving the service to Circle S Feed Store, 106 E. Hainline Rd, Eldorado Springs, MO.

Aug. 20th, we are returning to Cambridge Baptist Church, Cambridge, KS for their annual Block Party.  We are really excited since we will be performing along side our good friends, Park Family Bluegrass!  We love the folks at Cambridge Baptist and being there with the Park Family means a great time is in store for us!

Finally, our last gig for the month of August will on Saturday, Aug. 27.  PLEASE mark your calendar and come out to our NEW CD Release Party!  We will be hosting the party at the Mae Lesley Communtiy Center, Chetopa, KS, 6:00 pm.  This will be a good opportunity to come hear some of the songs off the CD...LIVE!  We'll be serving cookies and drink so, come out and join the fun!
